Diana Rivera, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate primary care to families in her community. Raised in Phoenix, she specializes in family medicine, preventive health, and chronic disease management.

Her patient care philosophy is rooted in building strong, trusting relationships, ensuring every patient feels heard and empowered in their healthcare journey.

She began her career locally, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Arizona State University, then graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. Her deep roots in the Valley give her a unique understanding of the health needs of the community she serves, and she is proud to offer bilingual care in English and Spanish.

When she is not caring for patients, she stays busy as a proud mom of two, enjoying everything Arizona has to offer with her family.
