[2006] It started with one clinic
Garden Lake Plaza in Phoenix opened its doors with a straightforward goal: give families a primary care provider they could actually build a relationship with over time.
[2008] Goodyear families asked for the same care, closer to home
As word spread, patients in and around Goodyear didn’t want to choose between convenience and consistency. The Canyon Trails Professional Center location brought the same team and standards closer to where they lived.
[2016] A second Phoenix location followed
The Grand Ave clinic extended that same standard of care to another corner of the Valley, still with one philosophy of care.
